Stormy Social Deck is a private publishing tool operated by Stormy Sailors. It is used by an authorized account holder to prepare and publish content to connected Facebook and Instagram accounts through Meta’s APIs.

Information the app processes

To provide its publishing functions, Stormy Social Deck may process information supplied by Meta for authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, including account or Page identifiers, account names, access permissions, publishing results, and identifiers for content published through the service. It also processes the text, images, and other content intentionally submitted for publication.

How information is used

This information is used only to authenticate authorized connections, publish requested content, report publishing status, and operate and troubleshoot Stormy Social Deck. Stormy Sailors does not sell personal information or use Meta data for advertising or profiling.

Storage and access

Stormy Social Deck is a private tool and is not offered as a public social-networking service. Access is restricted to authorized users. Credentials and access tokens used to communicate with Meta services are maintained for the operation of the service and are not intentionally made public.

Third-party services

Publishing to Facebook and Instagram requires communication with Meta Platforms and is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Data deletion

To request deletion of information associated with Stormy Social Deck, contact Stormy Sailors at dennis@stormysailors.com. After a verified request, information controlled by Stormy Sailors that is no longer required for operation, security, or legal obligations will be deleted. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram may also need to be removed using the applicable Meta service.
