Captain’s Log: The Shipyard Falls Silent

Even the most stubborn old sailor eventually has to admit when he’s not fit for duty.

The Captain has come down with a rather unpleasant illness, and after several days of coughing, sweating, and generally feeling like something the bilge pump rejected, I’ve decided to stand down from technical operations.

That means no programming, no server maintenance, no firmware development, and absolutely no arguing with computers until further notice.

The Tactical Pirate, Dreadnaught, StormyOS, and the rest of the fleet are safely alongside.

Nothing is cancelled. Nothing is abandoned. We’re simply taking a little shore leave while the Captain gets himself seaworthy again.

Ember has been assigned morale duties. Wren remains on watch, undoubtedly preparing a list of things I’m not allowed to touch.

The Maker Lab will return to normal operations when the Captain is fit for duty.

Fair winds, following seas, and preferably fewer bloody coughs.
