Firmware Updates
Only tested, complete releases with checksums and corresponding source will be offered. Visit Firmware Downloads for the current publication status.
Troubleshooting
- microSD not detected: verify MBR partitioning, FAT32 formatting and card seating before changing firmware.
- Flash failure: confirm the correct USB data cable, serial port and PlatformIO environment before retrying.
- Radio results look wrong: confirm the correct antenna is connected to the correct port before transmitting or testing.
Safety and Responsible Use
Use the Tactical Pirate only with systems, equipment, signals and networks you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Protect capture data, minimize collection, document permission and follow applicable privacy and radio rules.
